01 — WHO JDIN BEATZ IS

JDiN Beatz is a Montreal-based DJ, sound and event production crew run by one core team — DJ, sound engineering, MC and photobooth all in-house, nothing subcontracted. Over 10 years running events across Montreal, a 5.0 average rating on Google, and travel included anywhere in Greater Montreal.

Beyond the event calendar, JDiN also produces and releases original music — mixes on SoundCloud, released tracks on Apple Music — the same ear applied to a different problem, and a differentiator that sets JDiN apart from a typical local DJ-for-hire listing.

03 — THE CHALLENGE

A one-crew DJ operation competing in a market full of subcontracted, three-companies-in-a-trenchcoat setups needed a site that could make “nothing subcontracted” a felt experience, not just a tagline — priced packages up front, a real six-service catalog, and proof (10+ years, 5.0 rating) placed where a stressed-out engaged couple or event planner would actually look for it.

It also had to convert fast. Most visitors are comparing several DJs in one sitting, at odd hours, often from a phone — so the site needed a lead-capture flow that could return a quote within a day without asking someone to fill out a ten-field form first.

04 — WHAT WAS BUILT

05 — THE APPROACH

The direction leaned dark and confident rather than the bright, generic “party site” look most local DJ competitors default to — a deep forest-green ground, a single signal-green accent, and one variable typeface carrying every size from display headlines down to body copy, which keeps a fairly dense, service-heavy site feeling considered instead of cluttered.

Pricing was treated as a trust signal, not something to hide behind a contact form — packages, add-ons and what’s included in every booking are all stated up front, matching the “nothing subcontracted, nothing hidden” positioning running through the copy.

The booking flow was kept to a handful of fields — date, event type, name, email — on purpose, since the goal on a first visit is getting into the inbox for a quote, not collecting every detail before someone has even confirmed availability.

DESIGN FEEL

Dark and confident, not a generic party flyer. Deep forest ground, one signal green, one typeface doing all the work — built to feel like a professional crew, not a hobbyist DJ.
