Unicorn Buyers Agent is an expert in buying investment and residential properties. They specialize in the purchase of high-value residential and commercial properties, such as those held by people who have sold up and are moving home or a family member looking for a home for his wife’s parents.
THE CHALLENGE
Dan had a non-responsive and old WordPress site that needed a mobile-friendly refresh to allow for possible upgrades. The site had to be simple to navigate for Dan, her team, and her readers. The new site also required a structure to present Dan’s extensive information, which included services, a blog, testimonials, and case studies.

The Process

The Solution

I built an interesting design that focuses largely on content using the current logo, typefaces, and color palette. I then created a custom WordPress site that is simple for Dan and his staff to edit, as well as simple for readers to engage with and share blog entries and case studies. Opt-in forms strategically placed with a lead generation magnet allow Dan to continue to grow his impressive email list while also allowing his team easy management of forms and lists. I continue to assist Dan with website maintenance.
