Can you really launch a website in 7 days?
Yes — the Flagship Offer is built around a fixed seven-day sprint. Day 1 we lock the brief and gather assets. Days 2–5 I design and build. Days 6–7 we polish, test, and ship. The catch: it works because the scope is productized. You pick from a set of proven page templates and we don’t reinvent the wheel. If you need custom integrations or complex flows, the For Complex Builds offer (3–4 weeks) is the better fit.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every project includes two rounds of revisions during the build and a 14-day post-launch tweak window for small fixes (copy, spacing, image swaps). For ongoing changes, content updates, or new pages, the Recurring Care plan covers everything for a flat monthly rate.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
I don’t host websites directly, but I’ll set you up on a hosting provider I trust (Cloudways, Kinsta, or SiteGround depending on your budget and traffic). I’ll transfer the domain, configure DNS, install SSL, and hand you full admin access. You own everything from day one.
What if my project doesn't fit any of your packages?
Book a 30-minute discovery call and we’ll figure it out together. About 80% of inquiries map cleanly to one of the five offers. The other 20% I quote as a custom scope — same productized approach (fixed price, fixed timeline), just shaped around your specific needs.
How do payments work?
50% to lock your build slot, 50% on launch day. Payments via Stripe or bank transfer. For the Recurring Care plan it’s a flat monthly subscription, cancellable any time with 30 days’ notice.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every offer comes with a satisfaction guarantee: if after the first design round you don’t feel the direction is right, I’ll refund the deposit minus a small kickoff fee — no questions, no awkwardness. In five years of running this model, it’s happened twice. Both times we parted on good terms.
