The Process · 5 Steps

Built on clarity, not assumptions

A clear process—so you're never guessing what comes next.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we start. The process is designed to bring clarity step by step—so the decisions get easier as we go.

How It Works

From first call
to a launched site.

Five steps, no fluff. Each one removes a layer of guesswork so the next decision gets easier.

01

Discovery

Step 01 · 30 min call

A short call to find what actually needs to be built.

We start with a short call to understand your business, your current website (if you have one), and what actually makes sense to build right now.

02

Onboarding

Step 02 · Day 1

Light questionnaire. Right context from the start.

You’ll complete a simple questionnaire and upload any existing assets so I can work with the right context from the start—no back-and-forth, no guessing.

03

Strategy & Structure

Step 03 · Day 2

Page flow and message—based on clarity, not assumptions.

I define the page flow, messaging focus, and layout—based on clarity, not assumptions. You see the structure before a single pixel is pushed.

04

Design & Build

Step 04 · Day 3–6

Designed in Figma. Built in WordPress + Elementor.

Your website is designed on Figma and built in WordPress + Elementor (or GoHighLevel / Systeme.io), with lead capture and automation connected if needed.

05

Review & Launch

Step 05 · Day 7

Review, refine, launch—and you're live.

We review, refine, and launch a website you can confidently share and build on. You get a site that works on day one and grows with you from there.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

If the scope fits the Flagship Offer, it ships in seven days — that’s the whole point of the productized model. The only thing that causes delays is asset delivery from your side (logo files, copy, photos). If you can have those ready by Day 1, we stay on schedule. If you can’t, we either pause the clock until you’re ready or move you into the 3–4 week Complex Builds track.

30 minutes, no slides, no pitch. We talk about your business, your clients, what you want the site to do, and how you’ll measure success. No technical questions — I handle that side. You leave with a clear sense of what we’re building. I leave with everything I need to start designing.

Yes, within reason. You get two rounds of revisions during the design phase (Days 1–3) and small tweaks during the build (Days 4–6) are free. After launch, you have a 14-day window for minor fixes — copy tweaks, image swaps, spacing nudges. Bigger changes after that fall under the Recurring Care plan or a separate scope.

Just three things: your logo files (vector if you have them), the copy for each page (or a rough draft — I can polish), and any photography you want to use. If you don’t have copy ready, I can write it for you as an add-on. If you don’t have brand assets, we can use stock-quality placeholders and you can swap them later.

You own everything from Day 7 — the WordPress install, the domain, the hosting account, the design files. I walk you through how to make basic edits (text, images, blog posts), give you a recorded handoff video, and answer any questions in the first 14 days. After that, you can either fly solo, hire me for one-off tweaks, or subscribe to the Recurring Care plan for ongoing maintenance.

The clock pauses, not breaks. If you send assets on Day 3, your launch moves to Day 9. I’d rather wait an extra day or two than rush a build with placeholder content that has to be redone later. Just communicate — if you’re slipping, tell me, and we’ll reschedule the build days.

One Page At A Time

Most clients start with one clear page—and expand when it makes sense.

No big rebuild, no months of waiting. We launch what you need now, then add when there’s a reason to.
