This gives us the essential information about your brand, goals, and design preferences so we can hit the ground running. No long forms, just what we need to get started efficiently.
2. Strategy Call
We’ll jump on a strategy call (via Zoom or Google Meet) to discuss your business vision, target audience, and messaging. This is where we ensure everything aligns, from your brand story to your call-to-action strategy.
We’ll also identify any missing assets (like logos, images, or copy) and decide which tools to integrate into your site, such as email marketing systems, CRM software, or calendar booking tools. This ensures we’re fully aligned on goals before we start the design and build phase.
3. Build Sprint
Once we have everything in place, the design and development sprint begins. We use Figma for design mockups and WordPress + Elementor to build your site. During this stage, we focus on creating a mobile-responsive design, implementing SEO best practices (with Yoast SEO or RankMath for meta tags, headings, and keyword optimization), and ensuring site speed with Google PageSpeed Insights.
Your site is built with clear CTAs to drive conversions, and we test everything for user experience (UX) and functionality, ensuring it’s seamless and fast.
4. Launch & Train
After final revisions and your approval, we launch your site with Hostinger, SiteGround or WP Engine or any hosting of your choice for fast, secure hosting.
Once live, we provide you with training videos that show you how to manage and update your site independently using tools like WordPress Dashboard.
