All payments are:

  • Processed securely through approved platforms

  • Non-refundable unless otherwise clearly defined in the project agreement

  • Required before project start (as a deposit or full payment, depending on the package)

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Access, assets, and content required for the project

  • Timely communication for approvals and revisions

  • Accurate branding materials, copy, and accounts

Delays in providing materials may extend the project timeline.

 

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • You receive ownership of your final website, brand assets, and deliverables

  • I retain the right to showcase projects in my portfolio unless specifically requested not to

  • Raw/editable design files may be included depending on the agreed package

 

6. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

  • Loss of data due to hosting provider issues or client mishandling

  • Third-party service outages, plugin conflicts, or platform changes

  • Damages resulting from misuse of website access or credentials

However, I always aim to assist and guide you through any technical concerns.

 

7. Updates to These Terms

I may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any changes.
